lengthy check-in warm pools

Check-in took an excessive amount of time. i waited over an hour despite arriving after the stated check-in time. updates were infrequent, with staff repeatedly saying it would be "just a few more minutes". the pools were uncomfortably warm. They did not provide any refreshment at all.
